planning next year's vacation

Never been to south padre and that is our destination for next year. We usually vacation in FL but wife and I are going to vegas for 10th aniversery next year and only doing a thurs to sun family vac next year. Padre is close enough to make it in a day from Houston so that is our spot.

2 - 15 year old boys. Looking for a decent condo to stay close enough to the action the boys would like. We also have a 19 year old autistic son with the only needs for playing in the water. Looking for beach front family oriented location. Up to a grand for wed nite through leaving sunday morning. Probalby 4th of July week (thats our usual week). Need 3 br/2bath at least.

There are so many condos that meet your needs. To start a search I would go to vrbo.com and go to the Texas/South Padre area. Also google South Padre rental agencies or condos. Happy hunting!

I was looking more for recomendation due to personal experience with either a particular resort or specific condo unit.

they have units that large and great amenities.

We stayed at the Seville last year, booked through Franke Realty. This place will fit your needs, middle of the island, smallish condo with a two good pools. There are condos closer to the water park that would be good for your boys. The island is so small it is a quick ride to any place you might want to go.
