What type of meat is exotic these days? I%26#39;m clueless as a vegetarian.

You may want to try the Lonesome Dove Western Bistro in Ft. Worth. FABULOUS!

Reata Restaurant in Ft. Worth has some great food, plus, downtown Ft. Worth is a LOT of fun. If you are there on Fri or Sat night, consider going to the improvisational comedy club Four Day Weekend in the same building. Hilarious, clean comedy.

We ate at the new Cadillac Ranch in Irving just a few days ago. They specialize in foods produced in Texas. There were some uncommon meats on the menu. You might want to check them out!! The building inside and outside is very interesting and comfortable. A creek runs through the restaurant.

I also recommend Lonesome Dove.
