Can somebody give me an idea of the approximate cost of a taxi from Hyatt Place hotel Hurst to Stockyards and Sundance Sq? Visiting in September,and don%26#39;t really want to drive,as I like a drink on vacation.
My wife has friend who lives in Hurst,and she has kindly offered to drive us around.
Would like to take her for a night out and meal,but don%26#39;t want her to have to drive.

We are staying at the Hyatt in Hurst in two weeks- small world!
The hotel is about 13 miles from the Stockyards, 12 miles to Sundance Square. Based on a rough estimate using Yellow Cab rates, it will run about $36-38, one way. I have found that cabs will sometimes cut you a deal on a round trip, if you use the same driver and set up the trip in advance.
We are actually using a car service when there, just for the fun of it- runs slightly more than a cab but was recommended by a friend so we are giving them a try.
