Accomodation around fort worth meacham airport

Hi all

I am looking for some advice concerning somewhere to stay close to fort worth meacham airport, I am tavelling from the UK to attend a course at the airport for one week from the 19th of July. Could anybody tell me of a clean and cheap place to stay in the area. good local advice would be much appreciated.

Not sure what you consider cheap but there are several of the more economical chain hotels in the area (mainly built for the crowds who go to Texas Motor Speedway).

We have stayed at the Comfort Suites in the Fossil Creek area (around Loop 820 and Beach)but it isn%26#39;t the cheapest in the area.

Others around Fossil Creek (around 8 miles from Meacham) include Fairfield Inn, Courtyard by Marriott, Candlewood Suites, Residence Inn.

Another area you could check is around I-35 and Meacham Drive- a little closer to Meacham but right on the highway. Includes Radisson and Holiday Inn (both more expensive), Hilton Garden Inn, La Quinta Inn, Baymont Inn.

If you look at reviews for Fort Worth hotels here on TA, look for the ones that have Fort Worth North or Fossil Creek in the name of the hotel.
